Alliance Dance Institute is located on the second floor of the Landmark Mall and most conveniently accessed from the second level of the free covered parking garage. Park near row M and use the entrance that says "Landmark."Landmark Mall is located two miles inside the beltway I-495 just off I-395 (exit 3A) at 5801 Duke Street in Alexandria, Virginia.

From Washington DC

Take the 14th Street bridge to Virginia. Follow the signs to I-395 South-Richmond. Go 7.5 miles on I-395 to exit 3-A (VA Route 236 East - Duke/Landmark). Once on Duke Street stay in the right lane and follow signs to Van Dorn St. Take a left at Van Dorn St and take the first left to enter the mall parking lot. Our studio is most easily reached from the second level of the parking garage between rows “L” and “M.”

From Maryland

Take I-95 to I-495 (the beltway around Washington, DC). You can go either way around the beltway to I-395 North. Go 2.6 miles to exit 3-A (VA Route 236 East - Duke Street/Landmark). Once on Duke Street stay in the right lane and follow signs to Van Dorn St. Take a left at Van Dorn St and take the first left to enter the mall parking lot. Our studio is most easily reached from the second level of the parking garage between rows “L” and “M.”

From Virginia

Take I-95 or I-495 to I-395 North. Go 2.6 miles to exit 3-A (VA Route 236 East - Duke Street toward Landmark). Via Metro

You can take Metro train to the Van Dorn Metro stop on the Blue line. It is 1.9 miles from the metro stop to Landmark Mall. The 25B Metrobus, DASH AT2, DASH AT5 (recommended), DASH AT7, and DASH AT8 buses all pass by the Landmark Mall. Schedules for the Metro/DASH buses can be found at the Van Dorn metro stop.
